LOL!!! That's some epic win.

Surprised about the price.  Bundle price looks good, hoped that would be standalone price as well.  Not so much a done deal about me getting one.  WIll have to see what Fable 3 does with Natal.

Lol those charts are borderline illegal as misinformation.

You can't defend them

PR is out the door....

I hadn't realized WiiFit was necessary for multiplayer on the Wii.

True enough. The makers of the chart probably should have thrown in another Balance Board. Or three if they want to extend the chart to 4 player "full body motion control!"

it's different tbh, Kinect can't measure your weight or sense the tilting on the bottom of your feet depending on weight and balance distribution, and you only really just need 1 balance board per family.

The point was the chart is already pretty ridiculous.

The Balance Board isn't what most would consider a "required cost" for anything other than Wii Fit.

If the chart maker wanted to make a stronger case for just how "cheap" Kinect is, they would have extended it to include 4 players, which naturally makes any controller based system appear unreasonably expensive.

On the flip side, my own personal "upgrade chart" for the PS3 goes something like: $50. Period. One Move controller (already own a PSEye).

lol man I can imagine the PR and marketing both sides are gonna unleash now...Go KB ;)

What this chart fails to tell you is that for new owners, if they want to play non-Kinect-based multiplayer games, they need to buy a $50 controller.  Also not disclosed is the cost of on-line play for the 360 vs. that of the other systems.

At the end of the day, who needs all the rest of that junk when you have Debth Sensing. Awesome.

If MS put those charts at retail, and there wasn't significant small text explaining un-needed additions to go with them, they could quite easily get sued by either Sony or Nintendo.
