click the "HTML" button and place the embed code for the video you want in the box that pops up

ok, so I need code to do this?  I don't know programming or have a cheat sheet to do a quick and dirty way either

yeah, if you are trying to get a youtube video they will have a button titled "embed" below the video. click it and the embed code will appear, just copy the code and paste it into the html box
