I think Lost in Shadow might have a good chance. It's a fresh idea and it seems well executed. I hope the EU-Release 7th October 2010 (Source: http://wii.gaming-universe.de/news/2436_eureleasedatum-zu-lost-in-shadow-bekanntgegeben.html) is correct. I think it will have very good review scores, but I fear it won't have good sales.

Epic Mickey was the first one that came to mind.

I also think that Goldeneye could surprise and end up rated higher than anticipated.  Plus, Lost in Shadows is something completely different and may appeal as well.

Epic Mickey b/c Mickey Mouse is an icon and the hype,but, Monster Hunter 3 deserves a lot of critical acclaim as well.
