im guessing because the 360 owners votes will be distributed among bioshock, halo 3, and mass effect, instead of just most wii owners voting super mario galaxy.
With regard to Call of Duty 4 having an ultra short single player campaign, I guess it may well have been due to the size limitations of DVD on the XBox 360, one of various limitations multi-platform game designers will have to take into consideration-Mike B

This year is better than most years, if anything there are too many games that deserve it.
BioShock, Super Mario Galaxy, the Orange Box and Mass Effect could all be the GOTY in my opinion.

Have you played it? Based on your profile and posting history I'm guessing the answer is no.
And those four games are my GOTYs. As in, games I have actually played and consider GOTY-worthy.
And they all have review score averages above 90, so obviously I'm not alone.

Although he hasn't played i he is right. I just can't stand the framerate.
I voted, mostly for The Orange Box & Super Mario Galaxy.
I wish I could have voted GOTY for them both
