Also, it's been nearly 12 hours since Day Two started, so I'd really appreciate it if supermario, snakeyez, falcon, and trangentspree in particular would please return and voice their thoughts.  I'm most interested in hearing from the first three, since they've been especially quiet.

Mario hasn't posted since early Sunday, and that post was to say "my role sucks too "  Falcon hasn't posted since Saturday.  At the moment, I'm leaning towards voting for these two for just that reason, although I believe both have a long-standing reputation for lurking, whether townie or mafia, correct?

I tend to agree with you on Supermario:  I don't seriously think he's mafia, but that's because he (and falcon, and others to a lesser degree) have barely posted, so there's nothing to analyze there. 

I think I'll take a page from dsister's book now, and vote to lynch supermario, for the sole purpose of getting him to come and talk.

As for dsister, I honestly don't think he's mafia;  I'm convinced he's just being overly aggressive in trying to solicit information from others.  And personally, I understand why stefl would choose to investigate dsister, since other people suspected dsister as well, and many commented that he was acting unusually. 

I also doubt that the two are in cahoots, since the guilt of one will imply the guilt of the other, which likely means the end of that mafia right there.  As for the possibility of switching, I concede that it's plausible, but right now I'm willing to play the odds and assume that that didn't happen, since it would require that 1) someone switched dsister with an innocent party, 2) they believed that dsister would be investigated that night, and 3) they knew of dsister's guilt and wanted to cover it up.  Plausible, but unlikely.  Besides, we don't even know if this game has anyone with that ability, let alone that such power was given to the mafia.

@ bolded: As I stated on day one I thought he behaved unusual, that is why I targeted him tonight, further on if I had not investigated him, he would be my prime target. Seeing how people where on his back again today, I thought it would be better to post early rather then late.

 

If I am not mistaken the last two games had a bus driver... though I do not remember if they were pro-town or mafia (I think round 16 was Wario, who was pro-town)

Last game was mafia as bus driverI think, can't remember who it was, and too lazy to go find thread.  Think it was theRepublic...?

Regarding the Bus Driver, I conceded that it's possible, but I still don't think we yet have enough to go on to assume that 1) one is present, and 2) he/she (we're all guys, right? he) knew to use his power when he did and how he did. It's something to keep in mind, but for now I think it's best that we play the odds and assume that it did not happen.  Or do you yourself believe that you got a false reading off dsister?

Question to Stef,

Wondering if your power maybe also told you who he was as a character?  IF so, don't tell us, and we can have dsister tell us, and if he says a character and that isn't what you got back then either

a)dsis is lying
b)he was switched

No, so far I have no indications for a false reading.

I think making it like this NOW isn't very wise. And as long as I do not get killed we still can verify his identity.

Well, since we have 2 Mafia groups and 22 players I'm betting we have

  1. A SK
  2. 1 Mafia group of 3
  3. A second mafia group of 3
  4. 15 townies
Unless each Mafia group is at 4, then it would be 13 townies vs 9 anti-town which would be pretty imbalanced.
So we have 14 townies left alive vs probably 5 anti-townies.  I feel pretty good about a lynch today and unless SM128 comes forward I'd recommend you all think about him or Falcon as well.
Anyone see any flaws in my logic?

    As far as I know Falcon is already known for lurking, but SM128 always seemed reasonable active, so maybe he got some issues with his internet or he is going into hiding.

    Note: SM128 wasn't online the last three days while falcon was online 19 hours ago...
