Well, for those few who know me they know I'm a diehard Nintendo fan, but.... 

I'm on vacation in NY, and my parents entered, Macy's, and I was bored.... so I saw.....  a Bus with Kinect demo..... so I said....why not? I played Kinect adventure

So these are my impressions:

Good:

Technology:

I recognizes you fluid and great, the sistem works great and recognizes you really smoothly, there is some lag but nothing serious

Multiplayer:

It is crazy fun, you kinda laugh and the photo sistem is a great addition, it will be great for multiplayer madness

Bad:

Single Player???

I don't know.... you kinda laugh with friends..... but alone you may feel weird... I don't know

Employes bashing the wii:

I know it isn't kinects fault but still...... who gives those ms employes th rights to bash the wii? screw them

I lost:

It was a woman..... she was like my age.... she killed me...... she was a hardcore.......

My veredict:

It rocks..... but I'm not even close to buy it........

but I as a nintendo fan tried it..... but the huge ms fans on vgchartz likely didn't., since the employee said this is the second city it visits.... so to all ms fans..... ha!!! I tried kinect and you didn't!!!

I don't expect many Nintendo FANS to pick up Kinect, they love Wii because of it's Nintendo franchises, plus motion is an added bonus, that's what I get anyway.

The bad is all either irrevelent or speculation, but I do agree with your verdict. Looks fun, but I dunno.

Cool, seems what I'm hoping for it to be on the technology side. Now it just needs some more interesting games.

@ bolded. This seems to be the view of most people. Microsoft needs more killer launch games if they want this view to change.

well, a woman asked how kinect works, and a employee said that the point is to get off the couch and play, she stated that she owned a wii and that the wii is nothing that special and you just sit and do random gestures, that with kinect tech you have to stand up and it's innovative unlike wii.

but....... kinect is innovative.... (darn I can't believe I said that)
