There are all kinds of games around in the market today. Should Final Fantasy become a new type of the game or should Final Fantasy not become a new type of game? The customers have different opinions. It's very difficult to determine which way it should go. |
That's where they think wrong. It wasn't able to meet the expectations for Final Fantasy Fans. In fact, these are the poeple who think FF13 is bad.
The only people who are happy are new customers or people who have been told FF is good, and frankly these are most 360 version buyers.

I personally detested the battle system, it was retarded only having control over one character and if that character died then it was game over (even if the other two were standing there with plenty of health)... made no sense at all!!
The lack of town and actual people/side-quests was also a major letdown and no moogles = FAIL!!
Here's hoping that things will be different with FF XV (we all know it is coming, albeit in 2056 lol)

I've played every Final Fantasy game ever released. FFXIII is one of the worst. It's the worst of my three PS3 rpgs I own. Valkyria Chronicles and Demon's Souls walk all over it. FFXIII streamlined the fun right out of the game. You fight towards the cut scene then rinse and repeat. There is nothing else to do. It's sad and Square Enix should be ashamed of themselves.

it doesn't matter ,you see it time and time again , people get angry about direction of hit game ( series) game still sells millions ,people say rightfully or wrongfully yes it did this time but thats it they have destroyed it not buying it anymore unless they change ,next iteration comes out and guess what it sell millions whether they did anything or not.
