Would you buy/ask for/pirate Pokémon on the 3DS if it were in 2D with sprites?

What if it was 2D and with handdrawn sprites?

What if it was turn based and menu-navigated like the previous games thus far?

so if it was a pokemon game? yea I would probably pick it up, the new dynamic battles in B & W with some tweaking would work in 3D the active pokemon pops out etc and the moves could have 3D effects. As for it being turn-based with menu navigation like the early games, I wouldn't get it it it wasn't and didn't, To me the turn-based battles are integral to the experience and I don't know how you would get rid of menu navigation, streamline it maybe get rid of no.

I will never pirate anything and i haven't but i promised myself i will be with Pokemon as long as i'm alive. So i'll probably buy them alll.
