3DS still uses physical media, so your claim is impossible.

Besides, the article discusses about notifications to increase awareness, not trying to make the games all downloads.

A flashy-first game is awesome when it comes out. A great-first game is awesome forever.

Plus, just for the hell of it: Kelly Brook at the 2008 BAFTAs

Eh, PSP Go doesn't do anything like this?

Digital Distribution

PSP Go copied Mobile GB? ;)

I was kind of anticipating that the DSi was a "Beta-Test" (for lack of a better term) for the most basic functionality of a system they would expand with their next handheld and home consoles.

I thought the same thing as well, I hope the 3DS has some kind of 'virtual handheld'

The DSi copied the PSP Go?

People take all this copying stuff way too seriously.

People just can't understand when it's copying and when it's giving an already existing feature. People are claiming HD twins are copying Nintendo: that's true, because preaviously the motion controls where bashed by both and now they are launching them with the same casual games which they before insulted.

Digital Distribution is not copying just like using DVDs is not copying. And more importantly, Iwata never said he wanted DD now, he said the opposit, that he believes it will happen in the future but not in these years.

CURRENTLY PLAYING: Xenoblade (Wii), Super mario 3D land (3DS), Guild Wars (PC)

sweet, hope 3DSWare has some sick games

More importantly, 3DS isn't the first Nintendo platform with DD.  Hell, it isn't even the first Nintendo handheld with it.
