I hope Kinect and Move fail. Not because I don't think they're bad which is not true because I haven't used them, but because Sony and Microsoft have mocked Wii calling it a "fad" and so forth. It'll be a kick in their mouth if these two devices fail, especially with how confident they are with these devices. I do realized that Kinect and Move can only help motion controlled gaming though so then again I'm not all for it failing.

No. Too many AAA titles, and Move and Kinect just don't seem incredibly popular enough to overcome it.
