soo you have massive maps.. but only 16 players online....fail!

i bet you guys kinda did not see the video where in MAG 256 players where on the same spot? npothing is section of you can go anywhere you like!

I wouldn't necessarily call it fail...but I do wish Bungie would allow 16 Vs 16 players for bigger maps like this.

yeah I'm curious as well if there going to announce something like a higher player cap for certain HUGE maps like this or something because at the moment it seems WAY too massive for only 16 players. More like 32 or so.

Who said this game is only going to have 16 players at a time?

Hm, I do recall reading somewhere it's supposed to be 16 players, but I can't possibly imagine that happening with these kind of maps. I'd imagine more like 16 vs. 16.

With a map this size it would need to be 16 vs 16 or else it would be just to empty and destory the point of the map.

i think with some maps like this one 16 vs 16 is a giving and i expect it to be showing pretty much soon from bungie they will go like "Oh yeah btw we are now allowing 32 players on some of our maps :D" or even better we are now allowing 64 players on some of our maps :DD .

64...that'd be way too hectic for a Halo game, but it would be fun to see.

Reach was already a day 1 buy for me, but with this it looks like they're trying to get back some fans who may have soured on recent halos but have fond memories of the first one...
