I've played Total War games from Medieval 1 to Medieval 2 (don't have a good enough PC to even play the Europa Barbarorum mod for RTW that great =/), and this guy adds so much to the game.

So much of the game is emotion, and it's awesome. It's awesome when things legitimetly don't go your way, and all you can do as a general is do some final mobilizations and hope for the best. It's awesome when you're faced with invasion after you lose your main army during a cold winter, and somber music is playing while you try to muster a resistance.

Medieval 1:

hmm never really got into the total war series. Pitty that your PC isn't up to the challenge of the modern games, maybe it's time for an upgrade lol. And on a sadder note the PC forum seems to have died off even more than it was before 3.0, I blame the fact that you can't just click on PC and have a list of the "hot" PC topics on the front page lol. Bah what am I even saying I guess I am bored, and I am bitter that my last hype thread didn't get a single reply and is still one of the most recent post on the PC bord.

3.0 killed off many people for many reasons due to the change in functionality. As for your hype thread, you need to remember that hype on the PC has died and PV gamers very rarely go "zomg day one purchase111!!!!one" due to the fact that many games end up being dumbed down for one reason or another. Hell, even SC2 has no hype thread and plenty of people bashing it. If you want to make a hype thread go to the console forums, those gamers are newer and are prone to hype.

well this site never had a big PC gamer community and is definitely a console dominated site due to it's main content. I wasn't really expecting much of a response anyway. But on topic TOTAL WAR MUSIC FTW

If you guys are going to listen to any of them, I suggest to listen to Medieval 1 and Medieval 2: KINGDOMS stuff. My guess is that since Jeff had to compose less songs for both, he could concentrate on making them all memorable.
