Wolfenstien 3d, Doom 1 2, Halflife 1 2, quake 1 2 3. Wolfenstien 3d was my favorite game ever when i was a kid. There also was catacomb 3-d that came out before wolfenstien but wasn't as good.
It really depends. If you are a ol'skool gamer then most likely be those ol'skool FPS such as Golden Eye. For xbox owners and most new gamers it would definitely be Halo.
For me counterstrike and doom.
