Keep in mind that ms is publishing the game but does not own it which means its possible that EA could port it, and it being EA, the company that ports everything, who knows? (EA owns bioware.)
I for one dont believe this rumor but its interesting to speculate none the less.
Yes, because every game must be on every console and if it isn't, well then it either sucks anyways or it's a timed exclusive.

So then its possible MGS4 can come to the Xbox 360 then...Okay
MGS 4 is developed and published by Konami. Publishing nowadays not only means distributing and marketing, but it also means financing the project. It was Microsoft's money they spent to make the game. Its doubtful the first one will be ported but the sequels will be multiplatform most likely as EA is gonna publish the rest of them.

So then Microsoft's money can be spent also on the sequels of the game. Plus this rumor came up on a Sony fanbase site. So really it cannot be trusted.
The fact that the website that reported took it down from their website seems to me that its so outragous they dont want to be associated but also it does make me wonder. Like i said though i dont believe this rumor.
