8.5 Presentation
The story’s done through comedic cutscenes, you follow the school’s ghosts to story quests, and the items you need to interact with glow with bright auras. There’s a lot to learn, but it’s not tough.
8.5 Graphics
The characters are detailed, Hogwarts looks great, and it’s nearly possible to overdose on the cuteness of the cutscenes.
8.5 Sound
The soundtrack you’d expect is here along with the LEGO grunts you know. Both sound great, though.
8.0 Gameplay
It’s not brain surgery (blast everything and collect the bevy of studs), but it is fun. The spells add something to the tried and true formula.
9.0 Lasting Appeal
There’s so much to do and unlock here – characters, spells, red bricks, gold bricks. Plan on give or take nine hours to polish off the story and a whole bunch more for 100-percenting it.

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! I love Harry Potter and it's awesome to finally have a good game based on the franchise.

I'll definitely buy it one day. Going at The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Studio totally hyped me for this game!

I'll pick this one up eventually. I've always been a fan of the Lego and Harry Potter games, so this one seems like a match made in heaven.

Slightly off-topic: Anyone else see the first trailer for the last movies yet? Looks pretty sweet!

I believe the PS3/360 versions are both starting at 50 as well, actually.

Lego games are great comedy!

 

i still think Lego Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull is the only Movie-Game that was better than the Movie :D

As much as i want this game ill wait for after the release of Lego HP Year 5-7, and then they'll release the Lego HP complete years and thats when ill get it all, just like they did with the Star Wars complete saga.
