Nice numbers but they are ho-hum...actually, I tried to take a look at one and the new 360S were soldout at Gamestops in my area.

SLim doesn't release here until 16th July. Considering slim is out of stock almost everywhere, I doubt it's going to stablise in america either ..

Any idea how many units were in the initial shipment?  Im still wondering the spread between old stock vs, new stock.  No question the re-design brought a breath of life back in staggering summer hardware sales.

Biggest question has to be, how long will it last?  Id have been VERY interested in numbers if it was global (tho staggering it might end up being a really good idea)

I underestimated 360 Slim sales ... by a large margin. An 80k difference in NA ? Ouch.

alot of sales would have come from discounted units.

Slim would have brought sales but would be stock restrained atleast for the first week

i think the weekly numbers should stablise around 80-90k if they don't take out an arcade SLIM that is

YoY we have -

DS down 168k

Wii down 10k

X360 up 53k

PS3 up 19k

PSP down 50k

 

X360 sales on line with my expectations. DS and PSP YoY decline continues...
