I was thinking, when someone gets banned, from now on mods post on the banned guys walls why they got banned and when they are returning, that would be a great replacement for "reasons for ban". It will not only make happy the guys who want to see but also the guy who is banned and wants to know when is he returning.

This isn't a way of telling you how to do your job, but a suggestion

they dont even have to put reason they can simply put a link of the post that got them bann return date should be included also
