Forums - PC - Good reasons to own a good gaming rig in the future:

Wow I am a pc gamer and none of those games interest me. Maybe Half Life 3 but I have not played episode 2 yet, but I did not like episode 1 that much it was just ok. I rather play Warcraft III then Starcraft never liked it. I have finished these two weeks Gears of war, Call of Duty 4 and Crysis damn fsp month. I still think that PC gaming is dying consoles is getting too much attention these days. 360 and piracy is destoying pc community, tired of getting 360 ports.

Now is Half-Life 3 confirmed, or Half-Life 2 Episode 3?

Because I know Ep. 3 is confirmed, I've heard nothing about HL3 though.

But I think you'd be a complete fool to think they AREN'T going to make HL3. I mean, seriously. HL is only most likely the best FPS series out there, period.

i think half-life 3 is confirmed

Starcraft 2 looks epic btw!
@cAPSLOCK: I think they're working on it, as far as I know, the patent office recieved notification of Sourceengine 2 some time ago.

Nah, just my Ctrl button

Nah, just your V button :P

Don't forget Left 4 Dead. Not to mention most 360 games have superior versions on PC.

actually I think 2008 will be a great year for PC exclusives, check this thread: http://www.gamespot.com/pages/forums/show_msgs.php?topic_id=25632718

Its always worth it to have a great gaming PC. PC games are the best in my opinion, best controls and best online community.

So is starcraft II going to have high specs? From what I've seen it doesn't look like the graphics or physics are mindblowing, I figured they were going to go with the same strategy as the first starcraft and make it easy to run on just about any half decent rig. When the first one came out I had a crap computer and could still run it just fine.

Blizzard claims it will run on any standard PC, so I suppose the requirements won't be staggering. Which is usually what Blizzard does, and I think this is partly why they've become so popular!

Diablo III takes my attention on that list.

I'd go to hell and back for that game (pun intended).
