I say keep them coming. KB doesn't sell consoles in my opinion. He's better than the original commercial of the system in a room though. But one or two of those looked neat. But again, they never pushed me to buy a console. The rest of the commercials I think are really funny. Some are not so but all seem to just sell games to the core crowd. Don't see any of it selling consoles.
And to the one poster saying how they are effective commercials because of YOY sales increases?!?… You are insane. The reason for YOY sales increase is because of YOY price decreases. No average consumer was willing to pay $600 for a game system. I saw those prices and kept walking happy with the PS2 I had. The cheaper the systems get, the more they sell. You're nuttier than a squirrel terd to think that the commercials are selling those systems. Use that logic and explain the PSP sales you marketing genius.
KB is great marketing persona but again, it's only to the core crowd to buy into whatever it is he's selling. And the fans obviously can't get enough of him considering the reactions at E3. Marcus was funny for the original spot where he is discovered but after that one, it's downhill with that kid pushing the PSPs.
