Forums - Nintendo - DKC4 first level

The "roller coaster" levels were always the favorites of my relatives. I hope they have plenty of those in this game.

That MineCart level looks really tough!

haha it's amazing.

same kind of traps too hahah they jumped and missed the piece.

I just want to know who's responsible for the soundtrack. I trust Retro, but I wanna know anyway :P

and I don't mind the new enemies. I wouldn't mind another Re-return with Kremlings, but it's good to see some new faces.

damn..
i usually do not get excited but this is exciting indeed

also, i guess i'm one of few who actually cared about DK64;
i thought it's a fine game: huge world, variety of characters, power-ups

DK64 was a great game. One of the few games I completed 100%, with all 201 golden bananas and other collectibles.

DKC is the better game though, still one of my favorites of all time. I'm glad they went that direction rather than the DK64 direction. Though I wouldn't mind seeing a new take on that in the future as well.

interestingly enough it actually is one of few games i've completed 100% myself as well;
i do agree that, overall, my experience with DKC was quite more enjoyable than DK64

It looks like collect-crap-tastic dated game design.

Retro Studios seem to done a good job by reviving the Donkey Kong Country franchise, the designs of the Sharks seem intriguing to.

WOW, that mine kart level looks good!

This type of games, charming and polished are what graphic kings really are!

How do you embed it? I don't even know with the new version!

1. Copy youtube embed link.

2. Go to html on the reply buttons.

3. Put
paste link

Got the info from superchunk.

no one has answered me, is this the actual first level?

I think that jungle level is the first level, this is just a e3 demo

I think it's HIS first seven minutes at e3
