Forums - Sony - The Kevin Butler E3 Speech Sums Up Everything True About Gaming.

The speech was epic and there is nothing wrong with fun casual games like Wii Sports and Wii fit but there is enough shovel ware on the Wii that the people who buy and play a bunch of that crap should be made fun of. Carnival games etc. are all pretty worthless and that is what Sony didn't want. So far I don't see that happening with the move which is a good thing.

I thought that was a reall good quote myself.  But, hey, I like Kevin Butler... and yes I still root for Sony to finish in last place this generation.  There, I own my bias.

Because The Last Guardian is likely NOT coming out in 2011, let alone this year?

He was reading a script guys. And they could have showed more games (or commercials I guess).


It was a good comedic segment of their show. They should have used less time on Move for other titles. I was dazing out during that boring Tiger Woods segment.

Darth: I'm sure sony doesn't want to show all it's games at e3. They announced like 10 games this past week. Wait for TGS or Gamescom.

The Last Guardian wasn't ready to be shown, or they kept some games for GDC.  If they had shown everything at E3, you would have complained they didn't have nothing for their conference in August, right? ¬_¬

And the fans wanted to see Kevin Butler.  Heck, many wanted him to host or co-host the conference.  Sony wanted to please the fans, which is completely fine.

hahahahahahahaha ok. They have been showing GT5 for the last.... i dont even know how many conferences, and you said they didnt show the last guardian b/c they wanted to keep it for another conference? So if they show a game in E3 they are not going to show the same game in another conference? Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiight 8-)
