Forums - Sony - Heavy Rain Move Edition Dated Will You Be RePlaying It?

Sony has announced that a PlayStation Move-supported version of Heavy Rain will release this October.

Heavy Rain: Move Edition is a rejigged version of this year's classic interactive thriller that lets players use Sony's new motion control to carry out movements within the game, like bopping people on the head or opening a fridge.

Seems a perfect fit to us.

There's no word on whether players who have already bought Heavy Rain will be able to download a title update granting them PlayStation Move support, but we've fired the question over to Sony. We'll keep you informed.

PlayStation Move launches in the UK on September 15th 2010.

UPDATE: A SCEE spokesperson has confirmed to GamerZines that gamers who have already bought Heavy Rain will be able to download a free update to give them PlayStation Move support. Win.

Dude the move is shaping out nicely with all these games supporting it. Kinect better show at least 1 blockbuster game that supports it if they want to stay in the race.

Wonder what CGI will think of this.

why not lol the game was made to support move to me xD

Probably.  I liked it but still gelt the controls were 'off'.  This actually looks better and if it works well could be the definitive way to play the game.

I've only played through once anyway - I held off from others when I heard there might be a Move patch.

One day I might replay MGS4 is they ever get a Trophy patch out...

Try to be reasonable... its easier than you think...

Yeh im very dissappointed in kojima for not releasing a mgs4 trophy patch. I held off on replaying for a patch.

i only accept certain games to have motion control, which are mainly mini-games and sports titles.

il be playing HR again for sure but not with move support.
