@Slimebeast
I wouldn't get to upset, or particularly interested for that matter. I think it is pretty apparent that he is trolling you for the lols. Read his profile for the rife contradiction. Basically anytime someone is brazen about committing an ongoing crime going so far as to rattle off specifics. Well thats just like shouting balderdash from the rooftops of buildings. Oh yeah I can totally see a eleven year old kid living in Antarctica defrauding the local Walmart. You know seeing as he has no problem owning 130 games for consoles that long exceed his lifespan. However could I doubt his story about being a master mind criminal.
Just for your edification shrinkwrap usually distorts once contents are removed. That means the game probably wouldn't just slip back into the package. The package would probably be loose, and have obvious distortions. Basically it takes more then just basic skill to get the genie back into the bottle. At the very least your going to need a heat gun, and probably a lot of luck. I have heard this story before in real life, and it almost always ends the same. They talk big about doing this, but in the end they usually confess that the wrap has defeated them, and the clerk wasn't sucked into accepting the return.
Well except for one guy who had a flawless method, and he used industrial food packaging equipment. Something that is hard to come by, and even then it was equal parts equipment and individual skill. You have to be real delicate in the reheating of the plastic.
Bottom line its such an easy boast to make, and thus usually complete garbage.

yeah exactly i thought they are doing it in US already
I think what's going to happen if/when BB starts doing this, a lot of the games they get 3 of in stock on release (small JRPGs like Persona) instead of sending them back after a short amount of time with no interest which BB does regularly not just with video games but movies, as well, these games will wind up with the "Used" games at ridiculously marked down prices. Of course, this is half-wishful thinking and half-conjecture. I just hate buying used games. It's just my "this is mine" not "good sloppy seconds" mentality. I hold nothing against people who do it, I just can't. So this doesn't really effect me. I also just don't like Gamestop (who isn't a GS hater these days?).
The best buy around me (so cal) has been selling used games for awhile now. I'm glad they are doing it, I fell as though publishers need to lower game prices down to the 25-40 dollar range.
