I was actually looking for the Vitality Sensor, I guess it's coming next year or between now and then.

I don't recal Nintendo making big announcements at GamesCom last year, did they? Also Nintendo isn't usually at TGS so saving information for TGS sounds unlikely. There is PAX in September man I would be so happy if they revealed something new there (Since I will actually be going). Nintendo won't be attending Leipzig either so where and when would Nintendo reveal more content?

Now were talking about content not shown at E3 period, the initial topic was about Nintendo showing off what it showed off tuesday after the conference during the conference itself. As for the other software like Pikmin etc...etc... I think Nintendo will be making some big press conferences this fall or next year at their annual press conference or maybe GDC. Its just too bad we won't be seeing those games this fall.

Then again Nintendo has to announce the 3DS launch date and price, with all indications pointing to a winter release here in NA I guess that this press conference will happen this summer. Or maybe Nintendo will announce it at PAX!

Nintendo's not big at Gamescon (yet), but they have announced things at GDC (Virtual Console, Phantom Hourglass) and they do usually have some announcements around TGS even if they're not at the show.  Iwata even gave the keynote at TGS 2007 or 2008 iirc.

I kind of wonder if (given the 3rd party focus Iwata espoused for 3DS) if they won't break their record and actually attend themselves, with a full throated 3DS rollout?

That would be cool if Nintendo attended TGS and showed us some more content. Nintendo could easily steal TGS from Sony and I know Microsoft tries every year to become more relevent to the Japanese but I don't think Kinect has what it takes to finally break Microsoft into the japanese market.
