Sorry, thats never ever gonna happen. Think about it. Thats near the horrendous PS3 launch price. M$ are not stupid. Smart yes. $399 for Elite bundle is very good for M$. $299 for Arcade bundle makes so much sense. Priced perfect. Not to little, not to less. This is the most likely pricing we have seen. So your willing to accept the $149 price for Kinect as right, but not the other 2? It makes perfect sense. This price scheme I am 99% certain will happen. |
dude y r u arguing with me?MS says standalone for now bundle for holidays.no pricing for kinect has been announced yet so 149 might be mistake as well.299 and 399 r standalone prices no bundles.
that hard to believe?i know ;)

Wow. The title clearly says "POSSIBLE BUNDLE PRICES"
Eesh. $299 for the arcade bundle cannot be right. The arcade itself was just dropped to 149.99. So add that to 149.99 price of Kinect, it is less than 299. Only thing I can figure is that a "slim" arcade will be unveiled standalone at the time for $199.
Thus you buy them together for 50 bucks off. Sounds about right to me.
I honestly don't see Move over 69.99 Which is fairly reasonable but still slightly pricey.
But honestly there is no way that parents are going to buy a 149.99 peripheral for their kid when they can buy a Wii for 199.99
I don't know what crack Microsoft is on.
The title does say possible bundle prices but then topic creator makes it seems like it is confirmed in his post.
All I know is what SpartanFX cites where Aaron Greenburg says there is no bundle announced so this is just some fan made video on youtube.

Kinetic crack. It won't do well enough in bundles alone, and asking the current userbase to adopt it at $150 is crazy.
Wagram,
If they are spending $149.99 that means you already own an Xbox 360. So with that in mind why not have the more powerful console and the motion system that is superior? Not to mention you are out at BestBuy and making the purchase and you say well we will need a 2nd controller setup as well. Mom says she wants WiiFit. All of a sudden your $199 Wii purchase is aproaching $400 or you can simply get an add-on for your 360 for $149.99 a fitness title for $60.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.

No it's not hard to believe. Of course M$ arent gonna say anything about a bundle price. They want it to sell this week. If they said right now when Kinect releases it will be bundled at $299 and $399 people will wait to get the same price but with Kinect.
It's business.
I have seen that info already. It's exaxctly what I expect from M$ with 360 Plus out tommorrow.
