Kinect sure has a lot of people worried for their console.

I don't get it.  We've all seen video--live demos where Natal worked.  Hell, I even saw a video on G4 where Morgan Webb played Natal/Kinect and she started dancing AND the Avatar on screen copied her moves.  This video is pre-rendered, and from what I hear/read, the Microsoft presentation was a disaster but their motion tech works. 

@lurker, lol. i found that abosolutly hillarious. the problem with this is even though now we know Kenect is prerecorded, and thats fine for a demonstration. but the actors movements arnt correctly synced with the game. the movements are far too different to give an accurate representation of the cordination. and we have no idea of the timing.

People only remember these presentations which is why it's important not to mislead or have it not work.

In the past it was down to wanting to show your product at its best. Nowadays its because of shoddy journalism and to not give fanboys who wont even buy the product ammunition.

Which isn't really surprising actually...

They have been demoing it live now and seems to work perfectly.
