Looks 1080p to me, possibly even stereoscopic 3D, but it's hard to tell from a single static pic.

I'm not impressed.  The screen has a huge glare over the bottom left of the screen and Marcus has tons of jaggies and is simply not clear.  Hopefully this is pre-alpha.
