"Kotaku was recently told on their radio podcast that tomorrow Xbox 360 owners can download the online multiplayer demo for Transformers: War for Cybertron. This news was revealed by Matt Tieger who is one of the developers for the upcoming robot-fest.

Tieger also stated that the 360 will be the only system getting a demo for the game…bummer."

My guess is because Microsoft hosts everything on xbox live. On PSN the publishers themselves have to set up servers and host games, demos, etc...
