I've seen screenshots and stuff but I actually don't know much about home :/ I think that....

1.) EVERY exclusive (hell non exclusives would be nice too :D ) should have saved content off the disk, to use pieces of furniture, costumes, maybe a song for your house, or random person sized characters out of the game.

2.) That you should be able to access the different regions/servers around the world through some epic F-Zero type race (skippable of course via direct transfer) where you actually get to race other people that are insanely bored. Maybe have a leaderboard for the time's or something silly :P

3.) Holidays!!!! Hell yes! Make my world snow >< , give me a plague of rabbits on easter, somethin of the sort would be awesome :P

4.) Exclusive themes scattered throughout the known city, I think it would be so cool to see a Hellghast tower that I could enter be stuck right next to a beautifully crafted bulding out of heavenly sword or something :P Make the virtual world a virtual "playstation" world also :D

I dunno I just post this because I'm bored as hell and the hot topics are dissapointing me slightly atm :/

Being able to make your skin/avatar/character one of the characters from one of the games you played. You could have a militia in Home, and it could be made out of Helghast and those Haze soldiers, every one of which could be some guy who played the games, backed up by an assload of Nariko variations and Ratchets and Clanks, and you could have Solid Snake come visit Liquid's crib. Actually, screw Liquid....he could go to Meryl's crib.

EDIT---Also, what would be hilarious is watching said militia go up against another group of players, and since they can't actually hit each other, it would turn into a massive text-and-mic-based Yo Mama fight. Between like 500 people. 

 That would in fact be awesome :P I'm slightly doubtfull on that, but awesome none the less!

 LOL yeah that would be cool, I'm pretty sure their implementing "pieces" of some of the gear though :P so I think it would be pretty badass to dress my imitation up with normal clothing with say like the hellghast helmet with glowing eyes :D

It would be sweet as hell if you could just download an entire character....say, snake, and then you could use all of your other earned/bought gear on HIM. Surfer Snake, in bermuda shorts and flippers, still wearing his Solid Eyepatch, carrying a surfboard and being trailed by Metal Gear MKII.

Home wouldn't be my home if I couldn't recreate my own house. That includes all the items I have in the house, from bookshelves to the motifs on my showercurtains. Even the Wii and Xbox360 should be in the game, no home is complete wihtout a DS too these days. But however I don't think they would want to include that.

Using elements from home in future PS3 games is a great idea. They could easily reverse that idea. I mean how about having a car from Gran Turismo in your home garage! Or the fabled treasure you found in Unchartered inside your safe...

How about an amusement park?

But with gambling and hookers!

Rooms for each major publisher -- a "Ubisoft" theater, for example.

In that theater, you could walk in and test out Ubisoft media and demos. It would effectively work like Xbox Live, but with a Sims-esque GUI. Each company woudl be responsible for designing and keeping their own theater.

Another thing I think many people would dissagree with me but I think would be friggin incredible would be in-game advertisements, Like seeing a big-ass bilboard with Pepsi on it or, seeing random things from EA sports and stuff, could you immagine if it ever got to the point where they could make bundles of money off advertisements that didnt necesarrily get in the way. Maybe they could bust a Need for speed Carbon and make games cheaper :P who know XD
