Rooms for each major publisher -- a "Ubisoft" theater, for example.

In that theater, you could walk in and test out Ubisoft media and demos. It would effectively work like Xbox Live, but with a Sims-esque GUI. Each company woudl be responsible for designing and keeping their own theater.
