People pay for porn?

Yeah its like a hundred million dollar industry, lol ! but there must be a difference between the type of porn you can get through your web browser and pay for, or else there would be no industry.

That or people are just supid. To be honest Microsoft will turn down any co-operation with a porn company as well. Just look at the flack Nintendo got for having the PictoChat feature or AnimalCrossing online friend codes. Parents freaked saying it openned their children up to mature content and pedophiles can you imagine how parents would react to Microsoft , Sony or Nintendo officially working with a porn distributor?

Fact is none of the console manufacturers in their right mind would take such a dangerous stance on adult material! Supporting it would be marketing suicide you'd cut out your family, children and tween markets almost instantaniously!

Lol, yeah can you imagine Sony and M$ turning them down and Nintendo picking up the deal. although i think that Sony have some sort of service in Japan, but i think porn is more accepted there than here. the other thing is in the last decade porn has become more widely accepted, thanks in part to broadband.

i think that it will likely happen when this console war is over, M$ and Sony are far too venerable at the moment. the main demographic who play console games is men anyway, so i can see this being successful. although like you say it could potentiall devastate the family and child market, although i'm not so sure about the teen markets, lol.
