I joked about it earlier, but it really has gotten pretty bad. I guess we need to PM an admin or something.
The progression of the VGChartz ad went like this:
-seeing an ad every now and then
-ads that mention your home town specifically (A *your town* woman has discovered a new teeth whitening system.....)
-pop up ads over the article you try to read
-Evony's boobs
-click on the ad to proceed to the next page
-quiet video playing in the background
-video ad with audio automatically playing playing
-TWO videos playing at the same time with full audio
This will progress until finally:
-an actual Snickers candy bar comes out of the computer monitor and falls onto your lap/keyboard and your bank account is automatically charged for the product.
