It is tough, but I call BS on docking half the score because it's hard. Get a buddy to help if your stuck; that's what I do. :/

If its seriously that hard then I might have to take this off my "Favorite Wii Games" list then. Does anyone who has purchased the game, think its difficult?

I cant tell yet. Im only on Chapter 2.

 The last two Trauma Centers had 6 Main Chapters and a Ultra Hard X chapter. Since every reviewer says it's mostly the same I'd guess it wouldn't be much different for New Blood.

Did you try it on easy?  See I've asked that question of 3 other people who said it was too hard and they said "No, I always play on normal."  I'm in chapter 3 on easy mode without anything overly difficult.

 There are similarities between the games, of course.  There are also new viruses (Stigma in New Blood is like GUILT in the previous installment.)  I am playing the gaem co-op with my roommate and we are having fun with it.  Think same game with a different story line, co-op, voice acting, and different objectives.  Still played the same way though.  I am now on Chapter 4 (of about 7 I believe) and my roommate and I both agree that playing the game solo would be pretty difficult.  Now Im not sure how it plays Solo because I havent gone past the 2nd chapter on my own.  But if it is at the same pace as Co-op, it will be very tough.  So far, my roommate and I have not had to repeat a mission more than once though.  I think we will be able to get through the whole game Co-op style.  Solo Im not sure.  I'll play the game solo once I finish it Co-op.

OK, to be honest, I played the original on my girlfriend's DS.  I don't even remember if it had difficulty settings.  I did enjoy the game until it started raping me, and I probably will give the new Wii version a rent sometime.
