gah i wish i could help but i dont know whats wrong.

 

i'm uplaoding vids on it right now and it takes forever for them to compress it. Took them like 45 min to compress a 23 mb file.

It's free, there's not even any add program kits attached! Either check Neoretix website or try a torrent like I did (it'll automatically remove FLV files if you don't have the full version), they have good versions in Mininova among others.
