OT: MNR looks like a great kart racer, I only wish it was within the LBP planet. That's one franchis that could really be expanded with brilliant results.

My point is that this game was being called a Mario Kart Killer and it's maybe the third most interesting release this week.  All that hype and then it turns out to not be that good.  The media doesn't like it and more importantly many gamers don't because of the ridiculous loading times.  They should have delayed it and worked out the bugs.

Gamers don't like it ? are you sure you are not talking about angry Nintendo fans?

No.  More like angry Sony fans that don't like the loading times.

I actually find the Mario Kart clones to be funny, especially when I hear that they are a Mario Kart Killer. 

Anyways, have fun with your thread and keep an eye on MNR's sales.

1. Nope, never was. Despite the track editor being more of an addition to the genre than anything mario kart has done/

2. Find it hard to believe that you've played it, and other people have been very positive about it.

3. Fair enough, but they are patching it to reduce loads. Not perfect, but better than nothing.
