Agito's likely the platform's last chance. If being a FFXIII game *and* a MoHun-clone can't do it, then nothing will. |
bt wnt psp2 be out thn? so who will care about it?

I doubt anyone "cares" anymore, but us sales aficionados. Still, we've had quite a few cases of near (and not so near) misses in recent years for games that were expected to hit a million by one source or another...
...upcoming/remaining candidates...

At some point I thought God Eater was the most likely candidate to reach the million milestone but you made me realize about how wrong I was

Dissidia was very close call though. Latest S-E fiscal year report showed that they had shipped 0.99 million copies in Japan. Maybe with some kind of ultimate cheaper edition they ship that remaining 10k =D
well peace walker has a chance since it has mosnter hunter in there.

Do they include digital sales in that number ? If not total might be above 1M.

They already did a lower priced Dissidia rerelease (Universal Tuning) last year. It flopped. Famitsu sales...

Peace Walker is slightly outperforming MGS4. It's behind MGS3 though, and I don't think it's improvement is as much as hoped by Konami. Really it seems like another Valkyria situation imo, they moved to PSP to try and grow local sales and franchise popularity but it's hardly made any difference and it's definitely going to impact sales negatively worldwide. Honestly, in both cases I think the games would've been better off just getting more R&D resources and being on PS3.
