Hmm, was it Sony who introduced massive money hatting as competition method in video game business back in 1990s, or I'm mistaken?

//Did they just change their PR rhetorics to "get industry bigger"? I don't remember anything like that when last time I read smth that's been said by Sony exec.

he is just admiting that they cant beat M$ at money hatting

I would take Wallmart over Microsoft any day.

Close, but MS would probably still win.

Check their wiki pages. MS has 10% of Walmart's revenue but has more net income. MS is a financially stronger company.

However, it would be interesting as Walmart has more pull on other companies as they all need it to sell their products. So, idk really.

It's true.

Every time you hear about a once PS3 game gone multiplatform, it always ends up that Microsoft had paid a large amount of money for that to go down.

things you hear on the internet...

Because it's said on the internet means it isn't true?

The internet is pretty much the #1 source of everything now.

Do you really still think that way?

Do you really think MS paid 3rd party developers for their games? There is an active Xbox 360 userbase of 40 million. 3rd party developers want to be on the Xbox 360. They can sell their software there.

Sure MS probably paid something for (timed-) exclusive stuff like GTA episodes, Fallout 3 DLC etc etc. But so does Sony for UFC 10 and Batman AA.

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

it's nice to know. a smart thinking company. if only we had more.

Sony's been sounding very Nintendo-ish of late. Maybe the musical chairs of PR have switched again, and we'll see ass-arrogant Nintendo come back.

Don't you listen to Reggie? Everything that comes out of his mouth is arrogance.

Microsoft should flex their capital by also buying studios, I happen to like excusive titles and am running out of reasons to support both companies as Epic, Bungie,Insomniac, and Ninja Theory are all multiplat studios.
