I would start with IX since it best represents the classic games on Nintendo platforms. After, I would probably go in order: VII->VIII->X->XII->XIII

Final Fantasy VII was my first. IMO, it'll be foolish to not experience Final Fantasy VII.

What about the mobile version of Final Fantasy 1? That's what I'm doing right now. The game is only 400 KB, and the characters are about 3 pixels across!!!



 Been away for a bit, but sneaking back in.

I started with Final Fantasy 7.

Here are the reasons why you should:

It usually follows that if you start with the 2D ones or the 3D ones, you'll prefer that group more.

Start with the 3D ones since there will only be more 3D ones.

Also, it's the first 3D one and it's pretty good.
