Hopefully the PSmove library wont be filled with garbage shovel wares rather something that is actually enjoyable and worth getting....

So, we might be seeing some multiplat PS3/Wii games in the future. If so, both sony and nintendo will gain from that, Ninty by way of royalties and Sony by revenue from the games.

Sony got my respect for that. Knowing them they WILL work with third parties and their first party wont even be up for questioning. With the launch in July they should have some great E3 offerings. This is going to be a huge blow to the Wii crowd when the hardcore catches sight of Sony's offerings with the new peripheral.

Personally, I love the Wii, but not for its motion options. Let's see how SONY provides for the gamers with Move and not just for the masses and that quick easy dollar.

The Trauma Center games always had this cartoony, anime feel to them and I sure as hell don't want HD tumors in my patient.

You're got somewhat of a point their, but I have seen animation benefitted from a HD boost from Blu-ray (smoother motion, cleaner lines, less artifacts, more vibrant).  But an animated feature and a video game are two different beasts.  I don't think a game will benefit as much such as the Trauma series, but I can see some improvment.

High definition doesn't affect a game's art style.
