Edit: Oh, also when Robo is leaving at the end of Chrono Trigger and Lucca is either crying at his feet or giving him a blowjob. Either way, I always find it very touching.

IMO the saddest scene is this one (spoilers)

It's not a great murder scene where the character lost everything in his life, but it's really sad. If you never played Elite Beat Agents, it's a game where Cool-Funky Agents help people by dancing. The missions are really funny, exept for this one. It's even more sad when you fail the mission.

Elite Beat Agents suffers from the fact that every single mission is based on old cliches and used plotlines (I guess that's part of its humor) and this one wasn't that sad.
