Marketing asset, she is. Public speaking asset, she is not. (Isn't inversion fun?)
I don't hate her by any means but I wouldn't have her speaking too much publicly.
Pixel Art can be fun.

I actually love Cammie. She just needs to not try so hard when presenting or talking on stage.

Not nessisarily. She is on the same level as other Vice Presidents.
Her first E3 she was too perky, trying too much to be "mom".
If you compare 2009 to 2008, you will see how much more professional she has become, it will be interesting to see how she does this year.
She's awesome XD.
It's always fun to laugh at her scary optimism.
She kind of reminds me of Salad Fingers ....
~the optimism part... not the look of salad fingers XD ~

By improvement you mean talk less, be on stage 1/10th of time, don't walk around, don't mention the fact that she is a mother and be genuinely scared of the fanboys? Wow, she is lucky to be in such a mysogenistic and sexist industry, eh?
“When we make some new announcement and if there is no positive initial reaction from the market, I try to think of it as a good sign because that can be interpreted as people reacting to something groundbreaking. ...if the employees were always minding themselves to do whatever the market is requiring at any moment, and if they were always focusing on something we can sell right now for the short term, it would be very limiting. We are trying to think outside the box.” - Satoru Iwata - This is why corporate multinationals will never truly understand, or risk doing, what Nintendo does.
