The Pharaoh won because he made Flight of the Concord references. Yugi sucked and Jaden is a whitebread.

They're both so annoying, the stab-in-the-face kind.

Oh, and Yu-Gi-Oh always made me feel stupid.

"Let's explain this card again to you for the 79th time".

OT: Oh, Yugi wins everything.

Everything.

Well, let's analyze it:

Yugi is the icon of the whole product line, and his show inspired one of the greatest internet satires ever (Yu-Gi-Oh Abridged).

Jaden is a weasely little brat who nobody can figure out how to beat despite the fact that he uses (for the most part) a very similar deck in every duel. His series inspired some of the most God awful moments in animated television ("Chazz it up," Sho's fucking goofy vehicle deck, and dubs that are bad but not bad enough to be funny).

Maybe that's my fault for watching cartoons for children.

Yu-gi-Oh kidna bored me after awhile.

Yu-gi-oh GX was hilarious.

I believe they say the Phrase "Dueling is like old time courting." It's campy, but it knows it is, and makes fun of the "save the world by playing a children's game" thing. Or it's just REALLY poorly written so it looks that way.

Either way... amusing.

LOL so true, that show was extremely stupid but I was still drawn to it because of I collected the cards, even though the show didn't follow most of the simplest rules.
