it looks like capcom just duct taped that picture after searching it on google, or just toke a phone picture of a poster on their office wall.

its the only explanation!

PS i said modern because i know the worst one is the old MegaMan their other game

A side note:

You ever notice how alot of North American covers (whether its video games or movies) shows alot of close up of a person's face?  Like is that the type of cover Americans like? A big face?.  Or are they just lacking some creativity?
