This game actually looks quite nice. Coming from Compile Heart, I am quite surprised but very pleased.

it's really a non-issue these days.Games thought to be strictly japanese are coming out frequently now. Seriously, who thought we'd ever see a Sakura Taisen game in english? Not me. When the SMT:DDs was released in english I was shocked. Core based Atelier games? Agarest? Cross Edge? Ar tonelico? Persona? All these and many more have been consider Japan only at one point but yet they were released and had some sucess. There are many reasons that this game might not get a localization, but your example isn't one of them.

I have hope Atlus, NIS, or XSeed will pick this up.  I'd assume NIS given they're referenced in the game. 

Or who knows, maybe Sega will be cool and localize it like Yakuza.
