Venat's motives are completely different from total destruction.

I don't think Exdeath would either, or FFX's final boss.

Many FF final bosses didn't have penises. Cloud of Darkness, Ex-Death, Zeromus, Ultimecia, Necron, Yu Yevon, FFXIII final boss.
