Nintendo and Sony floors are roughly the same size sony floor's is long than Nintendo's but Nitnendo's floor is wider than Sony's.

yeah but if Sony + Sony Online Entertainment vs Nintendo sony is bigger xD

Can't do that.  I'm expecting a 3DS and Zelda Wii playing area!

It's not a competition, so what if Sony SQ2 foot beats out Nintendo ... jesus *facepalm*

i don't know about you guys but if i was there i wont leave atlus's floor ever.

I don't think these pictures are to scale. The second picture everything looks smaller, even the words used for labeling entrances and whatnot.

If they gave some actual dimensions that'd help.

I just measured (it only took 5 minutes, I'm not a total loser!) they're pretty much identicle. Nintendo is like a SMIDIGT bigger, of course Sony have the online entertainment part though.

I increased all maps to 100%

1st: Sony
2nd: Nintendo
3rd: Microsoft

Ironically though,

1: 360
2: Nintendo Wii
3: PS3

Nintendo and Sony's main space includes handhelds, and Sony's online is PC.

I think you measured something slightly off.

I got (in pixels of the maps at 100%) the following areas:

1st: Sony with 15,030 pixels
2nd: MS (360) with 15,000 pixels
3rd: Nintendo with 14,900 pixels

So regardless the spaces are so close in actual area that there won't be much difference in what all can be "fit" into that space.

Oh my goodness guys does it matter how big the spaces are. I mean it isn't like we are expecting them to have roller coasters there. And more space does not equal more stuff to show off. I mean really we'll find anything to argue over haha.

Me I'm more personally interested in who is going to be setting up stuff in their reserved slots such as 3rd parties who have an exclusive game in the works (or essentially they are publishing it). I'm kinda hoping N-Space will be there in Ninty's booth showing off their stuff but I doubt that'll happen haha.

Hmm, I measured surface area, maybe I went wrong somewhere. Regardless, Say handhelds take up 25% of N + S's floors, that's 25% extra 360 space

NOT that it's a contest, for all we know Microsoft could have 50 samsung TV's set up with the red ball game ..

If it's the same lay out as last year, the floor space means little to nothing. The design of all the areas is different, and it's the announcements (that don't take up space) that I find really exciting about E3.
