I enjoyed SPORE so idk what you guys are calling shit. Its a great game, just not for everyone. If I were you though, get the expansion pack. It improves the game 1000%.

Now your playing it fine, its just a bunch of 5 games packaged together, 5 extremely low quality & mediocre games. (Basically each stage is like 1 game).
Overall the game is awful I don't know how it got past QA, I really do not know.
The Sims 3 is good, its not my type of game but from what I've heard its the best entry in the series.
Likes someone said above get Civilizations IV for Mac, Get some Total War games for mac as well. But since your getting Windows 7 on mac after your exams so you could just wait till then & then get Mass Effect 1/2.

Was it a good game? I hear people talk about it all the time, is it same length as Oblivion, shorter, longer? Loved Oblivion, but that was the first game in the series I ever played. Should I pick this up? As well, I am a bit of a graphics whore, but I can get over that if the story is good...
On topic: I liked Spore.. Played 2 different races to the space exploration stage... quit playing it shortly after that though |
Smaller, but better.
The environment is probably the best I have ever come across in a game.

Yes Morrowind is a fantastic game but it's hard to get into. Maybe even harder if you already played Oblivion since everything in Morrowind is a bit more complicated and awkward compared to Oblivion, the interface is a bit clumsy etc (but with the "Morrowind for Oblivion-players" guide you'll be fine).
Slightly smaller than Oblivion but there's enough stuff do to for many hundreds of hours. Any Oblivion-lover should give Morrowind a chance.
