Fran from Final Fantasy 12, shes incredibly smart, great looking, long lived, independent and there is no other character that could pull off that outfit like she does.

Honourable mention goes to Vanille ((FF13) but I feel biased mentioning her as I am Australian), Bayonetta and Lara Croft.
