No, you can't download it yet, you can just get a code that you can use on release day.

Ah, I'm still not a fan of the 1st day DLC.  Always feels like stuff that very eaisly could of been on the disc but simply wasn't for a quick buck.

Of course I may be saying that just because i've been spoiled by valve. I'm greatly anticipating another Class update for TF2. Free DLC for a game 2 years old. They know how to get new purchases of old games.
