I will never play another single-player MMO again, not after the crappy Oblivion.

Lol what?

You probably just won't get it because it is available on consoles as well

lol, also shio, Dragon Age is a single player MMO, in a very warcraftian kind of way, if you catch my drift. Still, it was fantastic. You'll play it.....just wait for those 10/10 reviews to start rolling in.

I don't need your console war.
It feeds the rich while it buries the poor.
You're power hungry, spinnin' stories, and bein' graphics whores.
I don't need your console war.

NO NO, NO NO NO.

Nothing is a must day one buy for me, but if it comes with a 20 gift card from amazon or if it comes out around Black Friday and is for sale like Dragon Age was last Black Friday then I probably would buy it 1st day!

Of course. Hope we get some of the atmosphere, charm and grit of Morrowind though. Back to the poisoned wastes or frozen tundra please. Oblivion was almost too pretty.

Even an FO3 style third-person improvement would help. Oblivion is almost unplayable in TP because of the leg animations and lack of a reticle for the bow. Bethesda sidestepped that in Fallout 3 by allowing you to move your char. to the side and zoom in so the legs didn't show. No need to improve the apparent lack of contact with the ground or that awful jump animation.

The tribes were a fav. of mine. Id love to see the islands in HD or maybe they'll invade. Halberds and spears would be nice to see again or a throwing spear like a javelin or pilum. There I go on and on... yes day 1 for me.

Depends if it's like Morrowind or like Oblivion. Morrowind had way more effort put into it.

does an ogre poop in a cave?

The answer must clearly be no. Because that was my response to the poll.

Oblivion was my first Elder Scrolls and although it had good bits it just didn't capture my attention. Consequently it's the 1st WRPG (on console or PC) that I've started and never finished from a lack of interest. I've not finished 2 others, but not because of a lack of interest. I'm relying on Demon's Souls, and eventually Dragon Age: Origins for my RPG goodness this gen.

I like apocalyptic movies like The Day After tomorrow, but post apocalyptic too depressing).

I've heard people call FO3 depressing and it always makes me wonder if we're playing the same game.  FO3 was one of the silliest, goofiest and laugh out loud funny games that I've played in a long time.  If the characters weren't cracking one liners and making bad puns all the time and were serious with real issues, as opposed to searching for underwear, I could see it being depressing...

No, I want it well debugged, first. But I'll buy it.

No, I'll buy it a year or two after release to take advantage of mods. Chances are it'll have aspects that I'd like changed, and chances are there are modders who will think like me, so I'll play a great game slightly more tailored towards me that way.

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.
